It's not.  There one person claiming that the FDA is doing something. There is no evidence that the FDA came after him or has ever come after any doctor.  State medical boards very clearly have jurisdiction.  The FDA/CDC, as far as I know, have absolutely no jurisdiction over the licensing of doctors, have no ability to suspend/revoke licenses nor bring a legal case against a doctor.

The claim made is that the FDA and CDC are going after individual doctors. From a purely legal perspective, yes, it's possible that the tweet was not appropriate and violated a law. That is a much different statement that saying that the FDA or CDC is legally coming after doctors.

I remember hearing about that tweet at the time and I thought it was referring the morons killing themselves by overdosing on ivermectic they watch from a local feed store

Fair enough.  The claim was that the FDA and/or CDC was "investigating" doctors for prescribing Ivermectin.  There is no evidence of that. A Tweet is not "investigating".
