The letter references 5 years ONLY in respect to follow up on for myocarditis.  It has nothing to do with approval for 16+ and clearly references "pediatric" which has nothing to do with the current approval.

Study C4591036, a prospective cohort study with at least 5 years of follow-up for
potential long-term sequelae of myocarditis after vaccination (in collaboration
with Pediatric Heart Network).

This is a great example of why trusting Gateway Pundit only leads one down a path to conspiracy theories and false information.

However, I will bet the farm that the approval for pediatric usage will be months, not years much less 5 years.
