Let me be clear – the State will no longer require masks in public places, but employers and organizations, including school districts, may set their own policies, and I encourage them to work with their employees and communities to ensure that policies are in place.

Hospitals and clinics will be the last to de-mask. CDC still recommends it, and CDC is close enough to CMS to scare the shit of anyone who depends on Medicare and Medicaid money.

Mrs. Tbone works as a volunteer for our local hospital, and she was terrified a few months back when the CMS vax mandate went into effect. (It's the one that got through SCOTUS, thanks to Roberts and Kavanaugh.) But we were able to put together what must have been a good application for a religious exemption, because her exemption came through a few days ago.

She and I both had Delta-variant COVID early last fall, so we're not much interested in participating in the national chemical injection experiment. God gave us these bodies, such as they are, but we in turn are responsible for maintaining these bodies as His temples, not as Petri dishes.
