Even through the fog of his cognitive decline, Joe recognized the phrase. He HAS to know what it means. He HAS to have been told many times that the viral "Let's Go Brandon" is a ridiculous substitute for the equally viral (but somewhat less family-friendly) "Fuck Joe Biden."
Just more evidence that he's done, and that he knows it.
