I doubt that Fauci will ever be prosecuted for his crimes.

But will the trump administration?

Assuming President Trump is either re-instated or wins the 2024 election, maybe not. What I do not know is if individual states can sue him in a civil court.

If CONgress ignores his lies in the Senate, that could swing the 2022 election toward the GOP; like there's that much difference.

First off, I am not certain that President Trump will run in 2024. Secondly, if President Trump did run in 2024, the Democrats would lie about him and his entire family as they did before. Third, I'm not certain that the "woke" crowd is smart enough, fed up enough nor aware enough of world events to vote for him. Last but, certainly not least, China would never allow a Conservative to be elected now that they know how to manipulate a U.S. election and get away with it.
