Back in the 1990s, I remember reading about a court case that decided that
the organizers of any event may exclude anyone they wish from attending the event,
even if the event is being held on public land.

So the Proud Boys were completely within their legal rights to expel the
false flag, lying, undercover federal agent, fake Nazis
from their event.
