January 6 Political Prisoners Launch Historic $50 Billion Class Action Lawsuit Against DOJ

n a groundbreaking legal battle, over 100 January 6 political prisoners have come together to file what is being hailed as the largest lawsuit ever against the Department of Justice.

Officially named the January 6 Restitution and Wrongful Incarceration Lawsuit, this $50 billion class action is spearheaded by Jake Lang, a January 6 prisoner who has been incarcerated for nearly four years. Lang, through his new organization, Federal Watchdog, the Anti-Lawfare Group, is joined by an esteemed team of conservative attorneys, including Steven Metcalf, Anthony Sabatini, Stephanie Lambert, and Jonathan Gross. Together, they aim to expose the injustices faced by January 6 prisoners and secure much-needed restitution.

Once they sue, and Trump takes over the DOJ, there may be enough discovery evidence for the DOJ to go after all the players involved.
This will open a con of worms.

The way Biden has been crapping all over the democratic party, I'm not all that sure we will see any pardons for Pelosi, Cheney, Thompson, and Schiff. I'm guessing the rest of the Biden family will get their pardons before anyone on the j6 committee will. But even if they do get their pardons, there will still be a trial and all the wrong doings will come out.

I can only see the reason he has not pardoned them is to let them hang. From what I recall, which ain't much, Biden pretty much stayed away from the J6 circus show. I don't think there will be testimony connecting him to the crimes and coverups of the investigation. If he wanted to punished those who managed the coup that removed him, this opportunity looks pretty good.

On that same thought, why has he not pardoned his brother and other family members who have dirt on him? Waiting for the last day? Actually, he might be thinking he has already pardoned them.
