Brittany Rich, 25, pulled up to a North Carolina convenience store in late February to make a quick purchase when she was shot 7 times by a gang member.

Back when the SCOTUS was making their decision on Roe/Wade, they could have put this to rest by declaring the fetus a human. Whether this is murder will be decided by the state the crime occurred in, N. Carolina. I think this is too close to call in a decision that there should be no question that it is murder.

...to all people standing anywhere near her during the shooting. Their intent was to cause harm, so give them all a speedy trial, sentencing, and execution. None of this 20 year on death row crap. A year is more that enough to get everything done.

The original post seems to suggest that only the baby died,
that the mother survived.
Ohio has a law that specifically says that this is murder.
I don't know how many other states have that law.

Yeah, the woman survived, but the baby didn't. Point being, how can a state allow abortion, yet arrest someone for murder, when a woman willingly murders her own child?
I don't believe in abortion, to me it's murder, but I just wanted to expose the hypocrisy of the left.
