My point is, those who are licensed to sell weapons legally are the last line of defense where keeping the guns out of the hands of the mentally ill is concerned.

We will not sell a firearm to anyone reeking of Marijuana, alcohol or appears under the influence of intoxicants.

My understanding is more and more gun shops are adopting this policy as this coincides with the question on the federal form about drug addiction.

my point is perhaps firearms dealers can apply this policy to Trans people who are often using these behavioral modification drugs which can be addictive.

But to be honest denying gun sales or possession to someone simply because they are Trans is a slippery slope. They have 2nd amendt rights like everyone else.

I can't even refer to their ideology as "liberal" anymore. When chaos reigns and all things logical are repudiated with reckless abandon, that's Communism with a purpose at work,IMO. To them, it's all classified as the 'collateral damage' that comes with achieving their agenda.
And as for our republican representation, look to the voters continuous support which allowed them to establish lucrative, lifetime careers under that deceptive banner known  as "bipartisanship."

What is left of the democrat party is pure evil. Not one democrat has expressed remorse for the Christians who died. Not one has called this a hate crime. Not one had even gone down there to talk to the victims families until Harris went because two democrats got punished for taking over the capitol. She went not to see the families, but to criticize the congress for doing so.
