WUSA, Channel 9, Washington,
has posted a 3 1/2 minute video about the ceremony at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XqHyWJkvXM

Here's a synopsis of the video:

Joe Biden gave out the Presidential Citizens Medal to 12 people today, January 6, 2023.

Seven officers from the Capitol Police and the DC Metro Police were awarded,
including MPD Officer Mike Fanone,
and Capitol Police Officers Harry Dunn and Caroline Edwards.

Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick's parents received his award for him.
(Sicknick died the day after January 6, apparently from a heart attack.
But the "news" story leaves it sounding like he died from wounds received in the incident.)

Two other deceased officers were also awarded,
and one more living officer who was not named in the "news" report.

"Other recipients of the medal today included state officials,
elections officials from Arizona, Georgia and Michigan
who all either faced pressure to change results or harassment for doing their jobs."

Sicknick's parents, and Sandra Garza, his longtime girlfriend,
have filed a $1 million wrongful death lawsuit against
President Trump, and two people who were in the Capitol.

My comment on this ceremony is:

"Joe Biden honoring "heroes" of January 6 is like
Hitler honoring "hero" guards at the extermination camps."
Here are the 10 RINOs who voted to impeach Trump on Jan. 13, 2021 - NEVER forget!

The "use by" date has now been passed on the Jan 6 issue. However, the democrats will not let it go. That is OK as it will keep them distracted.
