How Do You Pardon Someone Who Has Yet To Be Charged With A Crime?
Also, Do Pardons Effect Courts Martial hearings?

This is off of the Brave site,
QuoteDo Pardons Affect Courts Martial Hearings
Based on the provided search results, here is a concise answer:

No, a presidential pardon does not directly affect Courts-Martial hearings. Courts-Martial are military trials conducted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), whereas pardons are executive actions granted by the President to individuals convicted of federal crimes, including military offenses.

Here are key points to note:

Separate processes: Courts-Martial and pardon applications are two distinct processes with different authorities and procedures.
No automatic stay: A pardon does not automatically stay or halt a Courts-Martial proceeding. The trial will continue unless the military judge or convening authority intervenes.
No impact on conviction: A pardon does not overturn or vacate a Courts-Martial conviction. The conviction remains, although the pardon may restore certain civil rights or statutory disabilities associated with the conviction.
No change in discharge characterization: A pardon does not alter the characterization of a military discharge (e.g., dishonorable or bad conduct).
Petitions for pardon: Service members convicted at Courts-Martial must submit their pardon applications directly to the Secretary of the military department that had original jurisdiction over their case, rather than through the Office of the Pardon Attorney.
In summary, while a presidential pardon can provide relief to a service member convicted at Courts-Martial, it does not directly affect the ongoing trial or the conviction itself.

It doesn't say so, but I would think a pardon would keep him out of jail.

Did a load of research, it appears Biteme can pardon for virtually everything under the sun.
Including crimes yet committed or crimes yet to be charged.

But there was one thing preventing all of this, Impeachment!!!
We need to Impeach Biden now if we want to bring an end to the NWO!!!

The pardon does not stop them from being called upon to testify, and they can not refuse from testifying. Which explains why the list to pardon keeps growing. Anyone of them who gets called to testify will not be able to plead the 5th, which will open anything they say up to perjury. IMHO, to keep their evil doings, their incompetence, from becoming public knowledge, Biden will have to pardon the whole damn party, even his enemies. But, Biden is just low enough to do it.

The part that bugs the crap out of me in all of this going on, we still have republican senators threatening to vote against trump's nominees. They are not just seeing the evil, they are a part of it.

Excellent point!
I'm hoping many of them flee the US, in turn, they lose the protection of our laws, making them open targets for assassination.

My FBI handler is freakin out, because he knows there's not a damn thing he can do to stifle my speech, as his job is about to end.
We all have one here, may be one, maybe a group, but they're watching helplessly from the other side of the border now. :bigl  :bigl  :bigl
