Mikhail Gorbachev: Last Soviet leader dies aged 91

The last Soviet leader, Mikahil Gorbachev, has died at the age of 91.

Mr Gorbachev came into power in 1985 and was recognised for opening up the USSR and for his rapprochement with the West, but he was unable to prevent his country collapsing in 1991.

The hospital where Mr Gorbachev died said he had been suffering from a long and serious illness.

Steve Rosenberg reports.

He opened the door for Russia to become an economic giant. Putin slammed the door shut.

Knowing what we know now about the NWO? Maybe Putin wasn't so evil. One that tried to eliminate half the world population.
Gorbachev was an idiot. Sure, he brought freedom to the USSR, but he also allowed evil to fill the void, as in greed  filling the vacuum with a black mkt, where it was everyone for themselves.

Such convoluted times, but hindsight shows Gorbachev spread an evil by literally being the founder of the "green Movement".
