He was not bothered by any rule change. His whole beef is there is now an audit and those who voted illegally will be tossed. In other words, got caught with their hand in the cookie jar and want to keep the cookies because their best bud said it was ok.

America has always been known for not trusting government.

There were a variety of rules changes by governors  Some were minor and some more significant.  But, even if you don't trust the government, you, as a citizen, shouldn't have your vote invalidated IF you follow the rules put in place by the government.

That's really all I've been saying....
