So we all know the election in AZ will have to be decertified now that massive fraud has been proven. The question now is, WHEN? When will the AZ senate get around to decertifying? When will they be able to?

Well what I have found from my research is that they would have to do it while the AZ senate was in session. The problem is that its only in session from Jan to April each year unless the governor calls a special session, and he has already made clear he will fight decertification.

So it looks to me like we will have to wait until at least January for any serious attempt to decertify the AZ election. Does anyone else have an other info that may point to a different time?

The Speaker can call for a special session, if I'm not mistaken.

The president of the AZ senate is Karen Fann.
I havent heard either one talk about calling a special session.

But it seems that unless we want to wait many more months then the legislature itself needs to call itself back into session to get this fraudulent election decertified. Im not sure how that works, if they need to circulate a petition among the members or something, but I have only heard a few of them calling for the decertification. Any who didnt vote for a special session would have massive negative public opinion thrown their way. Im just not sure if this is Wendy Rogers plan or if she is ok with waiting until January.

Ya I agree. We need to keep this ball rolling. She needs to be calling for the senate to come into session again. We have the audit now I want to see the next steps being taken.

AZ is funny, they despise RINO, and now that the cats out of the bag and the conspirators have been exposed.
It would be in their Legislature's best interests to suddenly become aligned with the Conservatives, or face expulsion.

I think it will happen sooner than later.

AZ is in the spotlight whether they want it or not. Everyone is watching how they handle everything that has been exposed. I can only see one way to go from here or their reputation will be shot from here on. Rino's and democrats must be scared sh-tless. Great thing about this, every state where fraud was suspected will now have to audit. (that means not just a recount for PB)

Yep, I don't see anyway out of this, the entire Nation wants the truth, left and right alike know there was fraud and they all want to know their vote counts in the future.
The party that steals their way into power, doesn't care what the people want and even libs know it.

I think about half a dozen other states (mostly battlegrounds) are also starting audits. Even if they take as long as the AZ audit we will still have all of them before the 2022 election, so we will have proven that biden didnt win enough states to have been president.

Plus by then Im thinking AZ will have gotten the routers and such from maricopa county. And maybe will have arrested some of them, or at least be criminally investigating them.
