With biden in office, why not. There is no reason to fear the federal government. I guess one way to look at it, the party is so far down the toilet, getting caught will not hurt them or their image.

I believe they calculated several ballot fraud type issues, not one will be enough to swing the election, but say, 12 different running frauds in total will. They are counting on exhausting investigations to drag things out as long as possible.

Well considering that historically only the left(dems and RINOs) steal and cheat in elections, there is no logical reason to do audits when a true conservative wins.

Right there, they admitted that they're not following the rules.
Mail in ballots are supposed to be counted AFTER the polls close on Election Day.
That way, people who change their mind after mailing in their ballot
can vote on Election Day,
and their mail in ballot can be taken out of the count.
The way California did it, people who mailed in their ballot
can vote on Election Day,
and have BOTH ballots counted in the total!
