Does the 10th include Clarke County. There are many leftist elites there.

Is the  10th a district a  conservative can win?

Barrow County is between ATL and Athens. It depends on whether Clarke County (Athens) is in the district. Its population would dominate a congressional district.

Control of the house  is  paramount  in 2022. Because  of the seats in the senate  up in 2022 it  wont  be easy for reps to win. That  leaves the House. Nominate a candidate  in the  10th that can win the district.

Jody Hice is a republican with a very strong Conservative liberty score card of 92% that  holds that seat. He is not seeking re-election. So yes the 10 District of Ga. is a very strong republican district which Matt Richards can and will win.

They might even exclude Richards' address from the district in which he is running.
