In that "recount" they just used all the same ballots that were submitted during the voting process. There was no follow up as to whether they were submitted by 1 person or 10 individual persons, or however many voted.

A true investigation will follow up all the information on the ballots and determine the extent of the fraud.

Not true.  Not a single technically-competent person ON THE PLANET believes the elections are secure.  They may disagree that the election was or wasn't stolen, but NOBODY believes they're secure, and proving they're anything but secure is child's play.
