Non-tech guy here. Is this anything like the packets Lindell has to be released soon?

Exactly like Lindell's, except A LOT more (so much so that people think it's a typo).  With packet captures, you have all the data going back and forth between the origin and destination.

For example, when you log into the forum, if someone was capturing the packets in the middle somewhere, they'd see your request, your username and password being sent, and the acknowledgement back from the forum with your unique session info logging you in, and all in sequence.

So, in that moment of time, they caught the data you sent, like your actual password and username, the time, and the response back.  They could go into a court of law and say "We have proof T Hunt logged into the forum at this exact time, and here's the forum giving back the successful login, and his IP info, browser info, and other stuff" because they'd have captured the actual data you sent.

It's the exact equivalent of a wire tap on a phone call.  If you and I speak on the phone, our words are just air and once they get from my mouth to your ears, it's like they never existed.  Packet captures are like someone in the middle recording our words back and forth.

Packets, like words, only have life electrically as they travel over the network, and the evidence remain as metadata in logs, the routers, etc., but not that actual data flying through the network, in sequence, at that moment in time, like the actual word over the telephone lines.

What Lindell and Bennett have are the equivalent of a wire tap in the middle capturing the hit man and mafia boss talking back and forth about a murder, except the libtards are saying no phones were connected and there was no murder.

That's what the NSA does with that giant facility in Utah.

On a related subject,
whatever happened to the servers the Army captured from
the CIA safe house in Germany last December?
I'm still waiting to see that evidence brought to light.
Here are the 10 RINOs who voted to impeach Trump on Jan. 13, 2021 - NEVER forget!

Question because I don't really know.

Does someone or company actually log and store all internet activity for every user?  I have heard rumors of the NSA doing it but are they the only ones or are there private entities that do the same?

Yes! Google collects every bit of data that crosses the Internet, as does the NSA in partnership along with virtually every search engine.
Point being, if you are having a conversation, be in phone, citizen band, web or whatever you can dream up that isn't in a sound proof room devoid of any windows/doors, they are recording you.

An AI will determine whether or not you're a threat that requires human intervention.
Their exposure is all thanks to Snowden.

Before I retired I worked as the supervisor of the Internal Security unit (Program Integrity).  We had reports we used that did this.  We could see when someone logged into the system, every page they opened and looked at, (I worked for the welfare department) and could see everything they touched.  We also had access to their government phones so we could listen to their phone calls with "clients". And to top it off we could also monitor their coming and going from the worksite via the security card readers.

There was so much we could monitor.  As each new set of employees came through training I would go in and explain this to them in general terms.  Basically I would tell them we can see everything you do and if they do something illegal we would catch them.

It was a fun job!  Toy
