If we can believe this article, France may be the country that keeps Obama/Kerry from really putting our country in jeopardy. What Bibi is doing is very courageous as he is taking steps to protect his country, unlike what our leader is doing for America. If France queers the deal and Obama/Kerry come up empty handed Obama will come unglued. At that point I hope our congress will be courageous enough not to let Obama torpedo Israel - and us.

Oh the Congress isn't going to let that happen. And despite what some may think or say. Where it says "advise and consent" as it pertains to the Senate and treaties.

That means the Senate can withhold it's "consent" and kill any treaty, as law in the U.S., meaning that bodies within the U.S. wouldn't be able to enforce any provisions of the "deal" Obama has "negotiated" with Iran.

Furthermore if it's not been "consented" too by the Senate. A future President with the stroke of a pen, could use executive authority too kill the deal.

A future President could also issue an executive order to withdraw from any "deal" made with Iran. Even IF the Senate has given it's "consent".

Just a side "interesting to me" point. The Senate has the authority to "advise" as well. So this letter the Senators sent to Iran, is perfectly legal, as well as justified.
