Title: The satellite-killer missile
Post by: quiller on June 26, 2017, 04:32:10 PM
Well, if the Air Force mystery spaceship didn't already take care of North Korean satellites over the U.S., then THIS little gem should do the job. It's the SM-3 missile, part of the Aegis system --- and it's proved it can hit satellites in orbit.

Hat tip to Austin Bay at Instapundit for that, and for the link to a story offering a lot of background on the THAAD defense system this is now part of. Note: You may be required to sign in to read the opening of the story.

I see you pull up a old post from June 26, 2017 for introducing yourself.  The board has been up for almost 7 years, so there is a lot of knowledge posted on the board.  Just what are you looking for as your first post is in the War Forum.  The age of most adult poster on the board range from 20 to almost 90+.
