No, because Saudi Arabia isn't the US. They would think nothing of picking up anyone or anything that looked suspicious, on the spot; and long before the got to the oil fields. The wouldn't worry about their Constitutional rights and whether the arrest seemed "islamophobic". So American Security type wouldn't stop them at the border, because it would make his agency look bad on the Six O'Clock news.
