Combine darwinism, theocracy and nationalism and you get Bioshock Infinite.

This game really showcases the good side of the latter 19th century at the beginning of the game, but it turns rather quickly when you find out that Columbia is really a fascist darwinist theocracy.

I guess many people will see this game as making fun of American Patriotism and also trying to make the point that the developers are trying to make the argument that patriotism, religion go hand in hand with racism, when it was religion that pushed forward emancipation. Then again people with agenda will see what they want too see.

But I really recommend this game, Columbia is the most interesting game universe I have experienced, its like a movie and fast paced action. And I love the Patriotism taken to the irrational, you have to love the irony.

If you remove the racist parts this is really a cool song

Yeah, the zealotry is a little ingratiating.   The game's okay, but I got tired of picking-up money.  Too distracting.  The title should actually be Bioshock: (O Beautiful, For) Spacious Skies

I keep getting killed in the final zeppelin-scene, so I haven't finished it yet.

Like Borderlands, I get tired of popping boxes for loot, just so damned repetitious, and Bioshock got a bit of the same after awhile.
Though it's looks great, and has "some" replay value, I too never finished it, just reloaded back to places that were interesting.
