QuoteMayim Bialik has a few words for United Airlines. And they aren't happy ones.

"The Big Bang Theory" actress tweeted Sunday night that a flight attendant shut the boarding gate in her face.

"To the @UnitedAirlines flight attendant who shut the boarding gate in my face," Bialik wrote. "I made my connecting flight in Houston. it was a tight squeeze but You said there were plenty of open seats. when you saw my carry on suitcase you said there was no room and shut the door in my face."

On Instagram, she expanded on what happened, saying the experience left her near tears.

"Maybe she hates the ['Big Bang Theory']," Bialik wrote of the crew member. "Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she hates women who look like they're going to cry. Now my suitcase is broken from running so hard and aggressively, my asthma is super angry and random people think I'm a prima donna because as she shut the door I said "I have a first class seat!" I didn't mean I deserve it more, I meant can my suitcase sit in my first class seat and I'll sit anywhere else? Not a good day for me and @united."

QuoteMayim Bialik had no hint about The Big Bang Theory's success when she joined the cast as a guest star in season three and a regular in season four.

"I had never seen The Big Bang Theory. I thought it was a game show," she confesses. "Someone had told me that in some season of The Big Bang Theory they mentioned that the girl from Blossom is a scientist. So when somebody told me that I thought, 'Oh, it must be a game show, like, a trivia thing.'"

"I had no idea that it was a very popular sitcom, apparently," she adds. "My manager said, 'They're looking for a female Sheldon Cooper,' and I said, 'Who's Sheldon Cooper?'"
