at the very least have anyone purchasing a pen fill out one of those ATFE Form 4473's like you're required to do when purchasing a firearm. Multiple pen purchases within a two day period would have to be carefully scrutinized by the feds.  :)) ;D

From the article, it sounds as if the woman took a swipe at the guy with the lighter and he was just defending himself.  :)) ;D She also must have missed that barroom scene in 'Casino' where Pesci stabbed some big guy in the neck...with a pen.
