But, I'm looking at it from another angle. Should these judges be doing weddings to begin with? If a Liberal judge used their power to punish a Conservative in some way (let's say a Conservative baker type story), and then officiated a gay wedding, it would be adding insult to injury. Basically, deciding to do only certain weddings that was in line to a agenda.

What about the job of being a Federal judge itself? Should they stick to that as a matter of protocol?
