Having lived in Jackson, I am quite familiar with Kenneth Stokes. He has been a local politician for over twenty years and has not changed one iota in that time. Apparently thugs from Jackson are going into other communities in the area and committing crimes. Then they are returning to the city with law enforcement in pursuit. I guess Mr. Stokes desires to provide sanctuary to these thugs.

I believe Mr. Stokes is deserving of the "Nut House".
