Common sense and logic is appreciated.  Such as not building entire beliefs and claims on things like "religion = gullible".

You can grasp that many, people people are religious simply for service to others......no  ?

Battle, offensive, and fun still require a little reason to be entertaining.  Otherwise it's just puking pablum, and you can find that on any number of liberal-flavored sites.

We get our share of libs, generally they are single issue liberals who begin to devolve into name calling and emotion within a few posts because we don't fall all over their "obvious wisdom".

I have no idea what you're used to, but were a Conservative site in the theme of Tea party ideals.
We are also an adult site and arguing is only tolerated if it has to do with politics, personal attacks only go so far and it comes to an end quickly.

Honest debate is fine, but you don't get DEBATE with libs (most of the time).  I'm weary of these people. I prefer legitimate DEBATE with fellow Conservatives (we don't all agree 100%)
