Gov. Cuomo has proposed free tuition for many who might attend public higher education institutions in NY. Great idea and I am sure the democrat legislature will approve it.

Now governor, how will you fund this?

Answer: We will raise taxes and run more companies out of NY to other states.

More looking down the road.      The only one's moving into NY will someone looking for a fee higher education.  By Lib's.   When it free you can's ask for much.
