These Bozos were ranting about a Vault Fire in the road. Their issue was all about who got permission to put their vault on public property.
Oh yes, they went on and on demanding answers, no one called in, and I'm about to pee myself laughing so hard knowing the "Vault" they're referring to is an electrical vault.
