What is up with Idaho?

Yesterday I read about a woman who was shot to death with her own pistol by her own two-year-old child.

Now I'm learning that felons are running rampant across the most famous source of potatoes in the US.... and have been since the Christmas shopping season got started!

How is it that someone with the name Tristen "Bubba" Parsons drifts under police radar in the state of Idaho? How can we not expect him to be finally apprehended in the company of another desperate character, one that should have stood out on police sensors for months, if not years -- Amanda Miranda Panda.

How fitting she would wind up behind bars, seeing how her mother "Amanda", had been arrested while breaking into a Panda cage at a local zoo, began giving birth while receiving her "Miranda" rights.
