Ok, ok....

Piercings, Tattoos, Beards, Mustaches, Earrings - they really don't mean squat.

Great Americans have them - or don't.

But it's not like it is a REQUIREMENT.

Has anyone ever met a MEXICAN who is Clean-Shaven ?

(or a Muslim, for that matter)

Yes, a lot of them.

I see them off and on in waiting rooms at the doctor(s) office.  There is 6 doctors in one building.

I know DOZENS, including the Mexican barber who cut my hair yesterday, or his crew of three other clean-shaven barbers. The owners and staff of my two favorite restaurants---also barefaced Mexicans (and 100% legal immigrants or U.S.-born).

Your racist premise is 100% bullshit.

Watches too much TV?

Old MacGuyver re-runs. They also all wore bandoleros, even the kids.

My point is THIS GUY:

Has-Been former President of Mexico: Vicente Fox

Who claims Donald Trump is Hitler. (hence my placing this discussion in THE NUT HOUSE).

Unlike current President of Mexico Enrique Peña Nieto:

who is obviously clean-shaven, and probably will be working with the USA, Vicente Fox is nothing but an old, tired stereotype.

Everything about him harks back to the bad old days. When every bigot expected Mexicans to wear mustaches, scream profanities, and talk like an idiot.

It's high time the Mexican Government discusses policy with our President as ADULTS.

There are many issues that I am certain we can come to agreements that are mutually beneficial.

Fmr Mexican President Vicente Fox: Trump Reminds Me of Hitler

Thursday on CNN International, former Mexican President Vicente Fox said today while addressing Republicans in Philadelphia President Donald Trump reminded him "of Hitler addressing the Nazi party."

A FORMAL APOLOGY

I regret how I began this thread, and apologize to all.

My point was always about Vicente Fox, and how he reinforces stereotypes.

I did a very poor job in that.

There is a lot to be said for GETTING TO THE POINT right away.

Styles change. Right now the world must be laughing at Millennial here in the US because of the "Neck Beard", because kids can't grow real beards.
This is much like the last generation, where all the commercials sported completely shaven male models, be it deodorant, or cologne commercials, they claimed women wanted no hair because corporate America wanted to target an even younger audience.
Then came the soul patch, and again, only because they couldn't quite yet sport a full beard.

Starting to see a theme forming here yet? In other words, the next trend will be the partial beard, then onto full beard, followed by?
You guessed it, the Moustache~!

Some never did let go of (what they considered) their best look, like the aging hippy/rocker with a ponytail, refusing to let go of the only time in their life they got laid.
John Bolton still sports a ratty ass moustache, and God knows why, I shaved mine off more than a decade ago.

See neckbeard pic below, followed by the soul patch, blech, most disgusting use of facial hair. "Hey nerd, you missed a spot, or did you forget to wipe"

Fedoras? That's another subject, much along the lines of, either over compensation, like buying a monster Truck, or a midlife crisis Lambourghini purchase.
It's all a distraction away from who they truly are, scared kids.
