I had to make a stop on my errands this morning. I make it a habit to always lock my doors whenever I leave my car while shopping. I noticed the vehicle parked next to me had the windows down with the car running unattended.

A slap my forehead moment.

Hmmm, maybe you should have called the cops, that just isn't normal behavior. Unless there starter died and they had to leave it running?

don't understand the car running part but, growing up, cars did not have air conditioning so very few cars were locked, most had the windows down. Times change. I do not remember when the last time was when I parked like that. Probably stopped when I bought my first car with air conditioning.
