Okay, this isn't exactly a political story unless you accept weird-news-media items, which this one certainly sounds like.

Take the case of Brett Cummins, 33, the meteorologist at KARK-TV in Little Rock, Arkansas. He's the one who woke up next to the naked dead guy wearing a dog collar, after a night of drugs and booze at a third man's house.

Man, I hate when that happens. What did you say Officer?
Oh, this duck? Ummmm, I didn't dress him up like this, I would never make a duck wear lipstick.

The dead guy was so much younger than the weatherman who brought him there, it sounds like they lured him there for the drugs, had him for the sex, then both the homeowner and weather guy blacked out and the kid in the dog collar drowned.

If not for the loud snoring waking up the homeowner, the weather guy would have probably discovered the corpse himself. If the shorts with the drugs in them actually FIT the weather guy, that's a whole different problem.

Love the way the TV station admits he was "in the house," but avoids mentioning was ALSO in the same tub. That's got to be a classic in media CYA.

I'm in Michigan and have multiple eye (and character) witnesses. But thanks for your concern.

I predict cloudy skies in his future.

That comes after he experiences a 90% chance of dark weather in the penal system.

Any good lawyer could get that dropped. He passed out after the homeowner, and it's the state's case to prove the kid was still alive when the weather guy passed out. The tub was empty the next morning (if it had still been filled, there might've been TWO bodies, not one.)

Maybe 3rd degree negligent homicide, or depraved indifference if Arkansas even has such a law. He'll probably never work on TV again in front of a camera, if at all.

I thought drugs where harmless ::)

They are. It was a victimless crime only involving the drug takers life... well the weatherman's job may have been slightly affected...
