I slowed it down frame by frame, it definitely looks legit, right down to the cross swinging on the left of the guys windshield when he hit the brakes.

It's common practice for Russians to run video in all their cars for this very reason, Russians are crazy freakin drivers.

Trust me we have them right in the good old U.S.A. and it's not just in the big cities.   I see 3 or 4 cars running red light about 2 or 3 time each time I am in town.  I always that a double look before moving on a green light.   I am too damn old to be getting hit broadsided.

True, but in Russia when an accident occurs, no cop is going to show up, so it's your word against the other guys, that's why they all have cameras, and why you see so many of these crazy Russian stunts caught on camera.

Do a search "crazy Russian drivers caught on camera" some are really horrifying.

The asshole on the bike was incredibly lucky -- he had to be running 90-100 mph. Landing as he did on top of the car he hit (on his feet?!) certainly saved his life.
