There HAS TO BE a stronger word than hate. I'm getting my revenge. My son can spot Democrats from a mile away. He's just nine and knows that Democrats will be taxing his yard cutting business and everything else.

If you have kids teach them early and often. Do to their brains what the left does. Fill it with information on what's "bad" and what's "good".

Trip over the sidewalk and skin your knees? Democrats fault for not fixing it despite taking tax money to do so.
Fires raging in CA? Democrat's (Sierra Club) fault for not allowing more removal of dead trees.
Dad can't afford the latest iPad? Democrat's took all my money for taxes.
Gray haired 58 yr old miserable 3rd grade teacher (who goes home to her "partner") giving you bad grades? Crat!
School lunches suck worse than eating dirt? Michelle Obama - Democrat.
Friends house broken into? Democrat funded illegal aliens.
Videos of people having their heads sawn off? Democrats who stand w/ Iran and Islam.
Dad can't afford the latest XBox? Global warming and taxes on electricity bills.
Global Warming? Every winter it snows, ANYWHERE... every hurricane season under normal... Democrat scam.
Kids tease you at school? Future Democrats.
Bad hair day? Organic Democrats selling useless hair gel.
The Devil? Democrat.

See how this works? The folks at PBS do. The folks at Sesame Street did. Teach them. Program them. Prepare them.

It appears you will fit right in here.

Obviously. You even spelled your name like a dyslexic.
Just so you know? If it becomes apparent you're posting drunk, you'll be booted.

No need. Bye

Yeah, the last thing we need is another Kramarat posting drunk.
As Conservative as he was, and I truly liked the guy personally, the forum can't tolerate the ravings of a drunk.

I missed this place! Time flew by, the road is no longer my abode. More or less  southern Florida is home now. Lots of new skills to learn, and being in one place will allow me time to practice those things. After having been here for a while, the challenge is mostly just fitting into the community.I was on the road for over sixteen years without my own bed. It is good to see the old standards are still keeping the faith, and equally good to see new names. Time to go poke around the forum and see what's what.      HELLO GOOD PEOPLE!

Welcome back Eyes.  I hope one of the think you did get was a good bed now.  Elfie was out for a bit but she is back with us again.  As you know she had a lot going on.   I think she was flying through the house and the wind from that blow up her password.

Part of the reason I am settling down has to do with the times a changing. I was lucky to get into the blimp business when I did, at the end of it's heyday, but sadly the quality of new blood coming in is not up to what I believe is needed to remain safe or sane. Add that to the new owners ultra corporate philosophy and it is evolving into a very rigid and unforgiving lifestyle with little personal reward. I am glad for my time there, but fate and circumstance has put me in one spot for now. Not a bad thing, but I do miss traveling and if the fates allow, I will travel again.  Thanks for the welcomes back!

I have some empathy for your adjustment.  I traveled constantly for nine years in my motorhome but settled down three years ago.  It takes a while to get used to your stationary legs.  Waking up every day in the same place seems strange.  I was concerned that I would get restless, but that hasn't happened.  Staying busy helps!

I settled down nearly 30 years ago, and the one thing I hate the most, is accumulative shit that piles up over the years.
I used to pride myself in the fact that I could toss everything I owned, into a box and walk away.
Now it would take a year of planning and yard sales just to prep for the move, that would take 6 semi trucks to deal with the rest.
Yeah, I miss the simple life, but love my huge tools, so I'm stuck ya might say..

I was on the road for forty-three years. Marriott gave me "lifetime platinum" status which meant I spent over five years in Marriott hotels. Was platinum on Delta. I now take pride that I have not been on an airplane finover three years. The adjustment came easier than I thought. I still would not give up those times as it provided me a very gratifying career.I think it was a bigger adjustment for my wife having to get used to me being home all the time.
