Hey Everyone,

I am an unfortunate resident of California. :)

I chose my name because my brain is sometimes temporarily unavailable and can't think of creative names. I don't post too often, but we will see.

Nothing wrong with California.  You have a liberal infestation, but that's trending the other way.

As a new member I thought I would introduce myself. I am a refugee from several political forums from which I have left intentionally or was kicked off as my conservative viewpoints were not accepted there and the liberal mods decided to come down hard. So be it. Guys and gals, I don't know much about the Tea Party except that they are very conservative but not a big player in the elections. Hence in the most recent election I went for the people that had the best chance of dethroning this ridiculous liberal regime that has been running this country straight down the sh!tter for the last six and ½ years. Of course that would have been the Republican party. Anything to get rid of Ebola Obama.

So this was just to introduce myself and say hello. HI!

HogWash (by the way...I'm a Razorback fan and my user name really POed the liberals.
Liberalism—Dividing up the assets of the honest, hard working and sometimes ingenious people and giving it to the leeches who would rather waste their worthless lives living off the government teat.

I had Taxed in a panic, he thought the forum had been hijacked.
I didn't realize till he called, and while talking, I got a PM from Hogwash asking about the fact it showed admin instead of his name.
That was my "DOH" moment.

I was gone all day.  His post was the first thing I opened and then moved from the Help Board.  Then I PM him to let him know what I did.

Good Evening Everyone! My name is Matthew & I'm a young, 27 year old, Italian & Irish American living in Brooklyn NYC where I was born and raised. I align myself with and vote for the Conservative party in my state, which since I just recently started getting into politics i found that New York is very anti-conservative. It's hard holding the views i have around my friends and co workers so i usually just keep my opinions to myself.

It's great to be here among like minded and intelligent individuals such as yourselves. I was wondering though, how can I get involved politically in real life with the Conservative party in my state? Any suggestions/ideas?

Welcome Matthew. Start with your local TEA and go from there.
Taxed had a great article on signing up with the GOP to be on a committee that selects whop will be running.
Excellent opportunity to keep rino out.

Welcome aboard
