I fertilized two months ago.   Cut the grass for the last time about two weeks ago.  And shut down the outside watering system and cleaned it out for the Winter.
I only watered for about 3 weeks or more this year, just didn't need it, and that was in August, then the rains came, and we never got a break till this week.
But like you, I too fertilized and it never quit growing. :o

:o  got down to 20º last night. At 0500 everything was pure white with frost.  By 0600 the birds were having a ball at the bird feeder.  The way there going, I may go through 100 lbs. of bird feed this year.
I put the christmas lights up mid last month before it got cold out.  Last year I had to keep warming my hands to get them all up this time a year.    Lights on dusk tell dawn, that should add 50$ to my power bill this month.  lol  I had them set for 8 hrs only.  But the good wife said dusk to dawn, as the truck driver are out on the road all night long.  (This is the only time a year she does not tell me turn off the light.)   :))

I am looking for snow so I can go play on the air strip.  We had snow by this time last year at least once.

A very light dusting of snow last night about 1/32. It calling for 18º tonight with a 30% chance of snow on Thur, 15.  If so it should only be a dusting also at 30%.  Most of the time we need a 50 + % for a good snow.  The ice is now off the trees from all the fog from the last 5 days coming in at night.    Hmmm.... I need to find a place so I can post photos for just posting on the net.   What do some of you know about photobucket??  The ones I post I would not care what happen to them.

Freakin 66 deg out today and 46 right now, I'm burning up with all this heat.
Let the woodstove go out and opened the house up, and I was still sweating.

Looking at the radar, it appears you are getting the same flow as we are, out of Hawaii?
Give me back my Winter. :))

LOL  we are running 51º  @ 18% H.  1947hrs  with a very very light rain if you can call it rain.  I was out for a 46 mile ride today on the quad and it was 70º in the sun.  Snow is at about 3000' to 4000' in the Blue mountains about 80 miles away.  I think our snow is over for the year in my area.  Unless I go up into mountains range for it.

Yup, this may be this 4th driest December on record for us.
It will be close to 70 today and low 30s at night.

But our snow doesn't really come till lat Jan early March so we just might wind up having one of those Winters that ST will be talk about for years, having had me get her out of the ditch every other say with the tractor.
I guess I better get out and remove the obstacles like brush that has grown up, so she won't have anything to slow her up. :o :))

Ouch!
We have been in pretty much Spring weather for the last 6 weeks and will be for another solid week.
The nights are usually in the mid 20s, but they think we may finally get some rain next Wednesday.
Its been great, sun on the solar panels all day, very unusual, we generally have to run the generator a few hours during the day, but not this year.
