OT) Kentucky Governor Declares State of Emergency After Freight Train Derailment

OK, reading the story of the derailment, this image was probably a file photo and had nothing to do with the actual story.
But it strikes me odd, that they'd have two 250 gallon propane tanks sitting just off the tracks without any actual connections, perfectly set and upright.

I used to work for a propane company, this is just weird. :biggrin:
Could be nothing, but it just looked odd.

Thoughts?

Yep, weird, no fences, no pad, not bolted down. $300 each, would not have thought they would last long.
