Looks like you will be slammed again with snow.  Calling for 1" to 3" for my area.

Yeah, the wife is sick of snow, though I could care less.    Our road over the mountain is just now passable after a couple of idiot neighbors totally fucked it up in the snow. One with a two wheel drive, the other with 4 wheel and balled tires, made it nothing but mud slush.
And now we're supposed to get hit again with rain and snow. I fixed it a little bit yesterday, just so they wouldn't tear it up anymore, and here we go again....
Screw em, they can go hungry for all I care, let them stay snowed in, it's their own damn fault!
Enjoy the snow, your quad is getting bored...
God, I hate Libs! :glare:

The quad is doing great up to about 10" but no way will it go through 2' drifts
My quad is set up to run in one wheel drive, two wheel drive, two wheel drive and if a wheel slips it will go into 4 wheel drive on it own and then I have the 4 wheel setting.   It's fun on the airstrip this time a year.

By the way it got down to 3º last night.

OWWW!!!
We've been lucky, 20 is about as low as it got so far, but if we stay on our normal cycle, we'll be hitting the minus zero numbers next year. Of course, you'll get hit too, since it comes straight off the pole and dives down.
I guess this summer will entail rewraping all the water lines again.

The snow is started melting.  Day time temps this week 37 to 51º.   What funny is we have bear spots of no snow about the size of a van.  Other areas are 5 to 10'' deep with snow.  Then there are areas that have 3 and 4' drifts of snow.  The is what happens when you get 30 and 40mp winds all night when it snows in my area.

Last year mid Feb. the farmers were out tilling fields.  I don't think they will be out in the fields tilling for 2 or 3 more weeks.

All week long they said we'd get snow, I could count the flakes on both hands.
Yep, last year we were able to plant in late March, this year it will be well into April before the soil warms up enough.

We are running between 50 & 60º mostly sunny with one day of rain coming up Saturday.  Snow about all gone, roads are good we can get in and out no problems.  Took the wife into town today, she been in the house for 2 months.  Got into town and the first thing she said was lets go home.  All it took was one store.  She was my city girl.

Toy does the same thing, plans all these stops in the valley, then curses for an hour when she gets home. She is spoiled, now she hates the city.

Unseasonably warm storm, at the moment. We were 50 deg all night, almost too warm to sleep, tropical in nature, really sucked.
We're now at 48 and cooling as the cold moves in and brings thunderstorms, hail lightning as well as snow, and my road is still screwed up..

Rain for us today and Partly Cloudy the rest of the week.  We will be in the 60 to mid 45º after today.  It's calling for rain off and on at nights but I see that happening at only 30% or less.

Everyone is out tilling as with all the snow coming late their a month behind.  Some are tilling around the clock.
