Solars' Toy is broken and will be going in to be fixed next Wednesday... Just wanted to give you all a heads up if Solar is gone or distracted.

By fixed, she isn't referring to getting spayed, but rather a spinal operation.

Should be down for a couple of weeks (drugged) and then hopefully back to normal in 6-8 weeks.

Just trying to keep it light, its a tough time for her right now.
This is the first time she has ever had any kind of surgery, so she's a bit on the frightened side.
Me, I got to know the EMT on a first name basis, and the hospital staff actually came in to see what I was in for again.
I was kind of an idiot in my earlier years, ST on the other hand is the wiser one.

I hope she mends quickly... Give her my best.....

Too damned early to be driving to the city.
Oh wait, theres never a good time to go to the city.

ST got out of surgery around 9:30 AM and it went perfectly.
She can't talk or swallow seeing how they go through the front of the throat and push the esophagus to one side to extract the bone.
No scar, just a 1" incision with 6 stitches, and she will be back home tomorrow.
