To be quite honest, I'd chew his dumb ass out, then turn him in. For those of us that live in deer country, this isn't cute at all, but dangerous.

Is it cute, are deer cute? You betcha, but this is interfering with and endangering their lives and the people in the area.
Not to mention, it's called chumming which carries an even steeper fine.
