Why???  The words  "can lose"  why not WILL lose.  If your passing a law why water it down.  Dot the i's and cross the t's on all laws that take money from the working people.

Hmmmm.... You don't get them all. lol  We get about ½, there even coming up for Cal.   :o

I thought the no criminal charges was a bit strange. But I see why they want to do this.   I hope they do this in all the states.... but I dont see it happeneing. The screamin and cryin here in Illinois would be off the charts...

I would definitely be all for this...  Here in CA we have CalWorks.  This is different from just "Assistance" (welfare(.  CalWorks is for people with children.  So drug test them if they come up positive then don't take away just the assistance but the kids as well. 8) 8)
