Like milk after it's expiration date, at 55, you smell it and it smells fine so you use it in your coffee, at 59, you smell it, it smells fine, but clumps in your coffee, but you drink it anyway.
But at 60, cottage cheese has more fluidity than that OLD milk, so you throw it out.
