A Chinese mother of quadruplets has the common sense to have a barber shave their heads in such a way that a number (1,2,3,4) remains on each one's crown. Ingenious as hell!

But I wonder how long it would take for Children's Services to arrive on the scene if this stroke of genius took place in the good ol' USA.
