I have been going round and a round with our Healthcare provider starting on 1/4/2015.  I call them ever month and tell them there not taking money out of my checking account to pay for our insurance.  I was on the phone for 2 hrs. today about the same problem.  After spending 2 hrs. tell them they were full of shit.   I got some one with a brain that would listen and fix the problem and take the money out of my checking account today.   Now I have a name and phone number of one person to call if I have a problem, she has a brain.

Just think I will probably have to go through this all over again next January.

What is going on with these people?  The "sheriff" reached 65 this past May but opted out of receiving his SS allotment until Feb.  He is covered under private insurance and has to pay for Medicare.  The Medicare payment is being paid by bank draft but they got behind on the drafting part and we saw it while doing our checking account.  So, the "sheriff" got on the phone (all day venture) and it is fixed but it still didn't show up until three days after all the phone wrangling.  His message to these folks was clear enough to me and i think they may have thought so as well.  He talked with the manager of our bank account and we have been assured of the exact day and amount of any subsequent withdrawals.  We don't want or need anyone double-drafting our account or sending any letters out here saying we are in default when the problem doesn't begin here.
