I spent  pretty much the evening in the kitchen.  Fulln trip about 2.5 hours, n after that. I started cutting. This year we decided to do it ourselves. So Ron pretty much cleaned it and cut the big stuff off. He  didnt freeze it, he wasn't to sure about that and when I confirmed it, he kinda was put off.  Being the perfectionist he is,lol. In the end he came around, lol.  Now we wait for the italian sausage, breakfast sausage and slim jims.... That always takes the longest...
The hunting buddy came in and  was very happy.  He wasn't to happy when he saw my little hand held food saver gadget, lol. He just went out and bought the big dog. He also was none to happy when I told him the bags were re-usable,lol. ah well.
But the freezer is full of venison,,, I am a happy one, so is he.
