Didn't get the snow they thought.  It was iffy in my way of thinking anyway.  But it is frozen out there.  How do I know, well my mittens froze to the door knob.
Thats not nice . Is ok, just changed them out. Today and tomorrow all things arctic gear.
Himself is watching the Minnesota game....I think some of the people live in North Pole.  Honest to Pete.....tee shirts..... Really???????

We got our first snowfall yesterday, about an inch with the same is expected today. Any year we get to January before breaking out shovels is a good year. Maybe I won't be so optimistic come April and there's seven feet of ice out there....

We've had since/snow....not much.  It has been a lovely winter.  Yesterday was one of those wake up calls just letting us know it wasn't going to last.
2 degrees and all is well. Bahahaaa

Single digits and they say snow this afternoon.  Woke up this morning to the death of David Bowie.   Whew,

Made it thru the attic gunk.  Himself got that flu gunk, he was down for a few days.  But he is better now, just sounds a tad groggy.  Probably a good thing the weather was so horrible.  He would have powered thru it.
Ahh well.  Baked, made soup, canned up soup, knitted, played with the fur kid.  Its decent enough to go out, so I will. Just trimmed my hair myself.  Did good lol.
Other then that....working.
And with that, I'll go out, get the powder snow off my car and do a grocery run.

It's getting warmer.  I do feel for the east coasters who are going to get dumped on the next few days.  That's going to be a mess for days.
Just put a crock pot together.  No fuss, no muss, easy peasy.  I like that.
Lost 90% of my indoor garden.  Ugh, one day all good, no problems. The next full coverage with spider webs.  I have no clue how the heck that happened and I am not real happy about it.  So I bleached and super cleaned and got rid of.   I'll figure it out.   Just another thing to make me nuts.
Lira is outside,  I think we both need to do something in a while. Its making us both a little nuts not being able to be outside. I wonder if there is places that maintain winter above 30 on the average lol

We are averaging 45 to 50º over the next 10 days.  Night time low will be about 32º is all.  I can live with that.  We have had snow only 3 times this year, and it was gone in 2 to 3 days each time.

Yes there are.  I'm on the So. Calif. coast and we average in the 50/70 range during winter.  We even get an occasional heat wave, but not the normal.

We're about four days after our first snow, with a third still sprinkled on the ground. It got down to about minus-5 one night and a daily low of 10-above. Today was around 25. Things could be a whole heck of a lot worse.

I love So. Cal.  Lived down in Yuma for some time. Sure would be nice to run those roads again.  But Himself refuses to go that far west,  ah well. Lol

You two lucked out last weekend.   This weekend should be a heat wave for us.  I smell a crappy weekend coming......
