Today is Solar's birhday.  I will be baking the cake and probably some bread (which he can eat straight out of the oven).  I have also agreed to wax the truck.  Hope he likes it being only 1/2 the way up since I can't reach any higher on that thing.

At our house today is "Whatever Solar wants, Solar gets"......  well within reason.

Made a 2 layer "Miracle Whip" chocolate cake with homemade chocolate butter-cream frosting.   It was a huge success.  Solar doesn't eat a lot of sweets but the rest will probably go with me to my daughters later this week.  They will be happy.

Yes, ST was a total sweetheart for my B-day, but then, she pretty much is everyday.
Though this time she washed and waxed my truck, a double cab full 8' bed 4X4.

I awoke to sounds of moaning, she is sore from all the work yesterday, bless her heart.
