Ya know, it tends to make one reflect. I just realized all the years I've spent on forums, when in fact, it only seems like a handful of years.

For me it was 2001 (or so), at the hopelessly liberal former ATT&T political message board (where, I believe, I first encountered walkstall and others who later migrated to the site where I then met you and Taxed, Billy, American Mom, and so many others), about 2003. (Shooterman may have been at AT&T as well, but surely made it to "Another Site™ and then occasionally to here.)

People come, people go, sometimes forever. I've seen a few of my fiercest on-line critics die off or wander off, and either way it only helped me feel older than my years. I've also been encouraged by the rise of critical thinking among real people (not parasites) over who makes a qualified president.

The electronic war has just begun. Younger people may have a better grasp on the electronic side and how to employ a specific widgit or other doo-dah, but without the political acumen acquired by READING THE OTHER SIDE and objectively smashing its false premises, those same younger people are doomed to more RINO nonsense from detestable charlatans like McCain and his type.

This place is like the Motel 6 of politics. There's a light on in the window for you.

I had been on other forums for years, some political, most not, like mining and off grid living, even that site had lib trolls, but it wasn't until I joined LNF that I found trolls woven into the fabric of the forum, a blend that functioned because, a balance that worked.
That is, until Tom, just like the Marxist, threw open the borders and afforded a lower form of life the same privileges of those that built the forum.
Yep, LNF is a microcosm of the US, and to save the US, new leadership is all that''s needed.

I was a late-comer.  I joined LNF late 2008.  I was pulling my hair out with Hussein, and needed to express myself.  I joined LNF to shred libs, but most of the site was conservative, so I ended up being surprised and became addicted.
