I think they did it -- a remarkably stupid act, I agree -- because somewhere in the script for the video was this phrase: "burning cabin behind her."

My guess is that cabin hadn't even stood there more than a day before the fire.

I wish they'd just dismantled it and let me come get the boards... I coulda done something useful with 'em.
